Simplicity Conquers All
You might not believe this, but being simple is much more challenging than being complicated. Simplify things and find clarity. Work with other employees to determine everyone's strengths and weaknesses. Knowing who does what and who is the best at what can make you handle almost anything with ease. Sure, there are always fires to put out in business, but try to avoid the unnecessary ones.
Kick Fear In The Rear
If you are a leader, you have to face fear almost every second of everyday. You cannot be scared to fail. Things happen and things fall apart. But to shy away from doing something to avoid failure is not the way to lead and most definitely not the way to lead with grace. Go head on with your fears and you will reward yourself with the most amazing results when you succeed. Success often comes when you are uncomfortable. You must remember that!
Find Time To Learn

Be Uncomfortable
This is the best advice I have been given. Get out of your comfort zone and step away from your security blanket. You cannot and will not live if you are comfortable and always neutral. Practice something new everyday and know that every bit of fear that you feel is one step closer to a new you…and a much higher money making you. Do you think you deserve to make more money? Well go and get it. Get some freelance side work. Don't be afraid to reach out and network. Use you talents and step away from the same ‘ol, same ‘ol that you always knew. You are worth it and you DO deserve it.
Network or Bust
In today's world, and in every industry it is absolutely crucial to network and be a busy bee. Are you shy and quiet? Well, as said above, be uncomfortable and start talking.
